Mazal-aγ dima am wussan-nni imezwura aydeg nezwej. » Asmi ay tuḍen tmeṭṭut-nnes, sakkin teqqel ur tezmir ad tesεu igerdan, yenna-as : « Akken yebγu yili, kemm εzizeḍ fell-i ugar n dderya ». Yerna yanna-iyi-d : « Skud mazal-itt tetteddu γef tegnit (lqaεa), werjin zemreγ ad xayleγ iman-inu uγeγ tameṭṭut niḍen ».

Zzwaj d tadukli yebnan γef tayri ed leḥnana

 

Yenna Ṛebbi deg Leqran :

« Seg yisekniyen-Nnes : Yexleq-awen, seg-wen, tilawin-nwen akken ad teddrem yid-sent deg talwit. Iga gar-awen tayri ed leḥnana. Deg waya, s tidet, llan yisekniyen i yemdanen yettmeyyizen ». (Taṣuret n Ṛṛum 30 ; laya tis 21)

Tayri gar wergaz ed tmeṭṭut-nnes d tin ay yeḥwajen aṭas n wussisen (lmejhud) ama seg wergaz, ama seg tmeṭṭut, akken ad teqqim dima tedder. 2. Tikkal, mi ara yezwej wemdan, ur izemmer ad yennam tudert n zzwaj, ladγa ibeddilen-nni ay d-yettilin deg tudert-nnes tamaynut. Aṭas n medden ay yettγilin tudert-nsen sdeffir n zzwaj ad teqqim swaswa kan am tin n uqbel n zzwaj, yili aya ur iṣeḥḥa.

 

3. Maca ugur icaεen ugar deg zzwaj netta aṭas n medden, mi ara zewjen, ur sεin icuddan ijehden, lqayen, γer wecrik-nsen n tudert, yerna ur sεin lebγi ed nneyya zeddigen i wakken icuddan-nni ad dumen. Yezmer wergaz ad as-yini i tmeṭṭut-nnes : « Lemmer d ay iyi-mazal meẓẓiyeγ yerna werεad zwijeγ, ala kemm ara ferneγ ad kem-aγeγ ». Ula d tameṭṭut-nnes tezmer ad as-tini awal am wa. Awalen n leḥnana ttḥazen amdan deg wul yerna ssefṛaḥen-t, yerna tameṭṭut tettḥulfu-asen ugar n wergaz. 2. Argaz ed tmeṭṭut-nnes yessekf ad snamen i yiman-nsen ad ttemyexdamen tiγawsiwin timecṭuḥin, maca sεant azal ameqran. Lemmer ad d-yekcem wergaz s axxam, ad d-yaf tameṭṭut-nnes teṭṭes, yezmer ad tt-idel akken ur tt-ineγγ usemmiḍ. Yezmer, daγen, wergaz, ad yesnam i yiman-nnes ad as-d-iγer i tmeṭṭut-nnes seg lxedma akken kan ad yetter fell-as, yerna akken kan ad tẓer yettxemmim fell-as. S waya, zemren ad qeṣṣren γef wayen yezrin (iεeddan), ad d-mmektin tiswiεin icebḥen ay kkan lwaḥid deg tudert-nsen, ad d-mmesmektayen ccfawat-nsen icebḥen akken ur tent-ttettun yerna ad ḥulfun amzun iḍelli-nni kan ay ḍrant. Zemren ad qeṣṣren γef yimal (futur), yal yiwen seg-sen ad d-yeḥku γef wayen yessaram ed wayen yessefray ad t-yeg seg-a γer sdat. Daγen, zemren ad qeṣṣren γef yimir-a, ama γef wayen yelhan, ama γef wayen n diri, ed wamek ara d-afen tifratin akken ad frun uguren-nsen.

 

4. Argaz ed tmeṭṭut-nnes yessekf ad ilin mqaraben ula seg yidis n tfekka (ljetta), yerna aya yetturar dduṛ d ameqran deg wassaγ-nsen (relation). Yuγ lḥal, argaz ur yessekf ad yeqreb γer tfekka n tmeṭṭut-nnes deg teswiεt-nni kan n wassaγen azfiyen (relations sexuelles), wanag yessekf ad yili dima yeqreb γer-s, ama mi ara qqimen deg wexxam, ama mi ara tteddun deg webrid, yerna yessekf fell-asen ad kksen assetḥi deg temsalt-a, γas ma yella mazal ar ass-a irgazen ay yettsetḥin ad ten-ẓren medden akked tsednan-nsen deg beṛṛa.

 

5. Argaz neγ tameṭṭut yessekf dima ad bedden γer yidis n wecrik-nsen n tudert deg tegnit n lḥeṛs neγ n leḥzen. Deg teswiεin am ti ay tetteḥwiji tmeṭṭut tallalt (εiwen) n wergaz-nnes. Yuγ lḥal, teḥwaj seg wergaz-nnes ladγa ad as-d-yessken tesεa azal ameqran deg wul-nnes, yerna yeḥwaj-itt deg tudert-nnes.

Yiwet n tikkelt, tusa-d yiwet n tmeṭṭut γer Σica, ad Iraḍi Ṛebbi fell-as, tenna-as: ”Mi ara d-yekcem wergaz-inu γer wexxam, itteqqal am wemcic. Maca, mi ara yeffeγ γer beṛṛa, ad as-tiniḍ d izem. Ibn Ḥajar yessefhem-d awal-a, yenna-d : « Tameṭṭut-nni teqsed-d argaz-nnes d win yettakfen war leḥsab yerna yettqadar tameṭṭut-nnes. Ur tt-yettnaγ γef wayla-nnes neγ γef yedrimen-nnes mi ara ten-sqedcen wayt wexxam. Ma yeqḍa-d kra s axxam, ur ten-yettḥasab γef wacu ay gan yes-s. Yerna, ur yessemγar ddeεwa γef leεyub n yiεeyyalen n wexxam, wanag iṛeḥḥem-iten yerna ifehhem-iten akken iwata ». Yuγ lḥal, ma yella yiwen ad yessemγer ddeεwa γef leεyub n wayeḍ, yili netta s timmad-nnes yesεa leεyub, aya d lbaṭel. Yella ula d anzi ay as-yettinin : « Amdan yettwali aγebbar yellan deg tiṭ n gma-s, maca ittettu ilefḍan yellan deg tiṭ-nnes ».

 

8. Argaz ed tmeṭṭut-nnes yessekf ad ttemsefhamen γef tmasiyin-nsen (responsabilités) ed tlufa ay ten-icerken akked wamek ara tent-frun, am tteṛbeyya n yigerdan, aqeddic, assikel (voyage), aṣerref γef wexxam ed wakk uguren ay izemren ad swaγen assaγen-nsen (relations) ma yella ur asen-bdiden akken yessekf.

 

9. Argaz ed tmeṭṭut-nnes yessekf ad ttgen tiγawsiwin ayyes ara skecmen lfeṛḥ γer tudert-nsen.

 

Γef umedya (lemtel), zemren ad γren lwaḥid adlis n tudert n Umazun (Nnbi), taẓallit ed sslam n Ṛebbi fell-as, neγ ad slen i tesfifin ara as-d-yekfen tikta γef wamek ara d-rren tudert i wassaγen-nsen (relations) n zzwaj ed wamek ara ten-rren d imeṛkantiyen.

 

Zemren, daγen, ad beddlen tinumyin-nsen (leεwayed) deg wayen yerzan asgunfu, ucci, acebbeḥ n wexxam, amek ay itteddu yal yiwen seg-sen i wayeḍ, ama deg wexxam, ama deg beṛṛa.

 

Yuγ lḥal, tiγawsiwin-a akk ttajjant ama d argaz, ama d tameṭṭut, ad ilin dima ukin yerna bedden akken iwata i wassaγen-nsen (relations).

 

10. Yessekf γef wergaz ed tmeṭṭut-nnes zzwaj-nsen seg tγawsiwin tibeṛṛaniyin ay izemren ad t-swaγent. Yiwet seg tγawsiwin n diri akk ay izemren ad ḥazent zzwaj nettat mi ara iqaren yiwen seg-sen acrik-nnes n tudert γer wemdan niḍen. Aṭas n yergazen ay yettqaranen tisednan-nsen γer tsednan n wiyaḍ. Llan ula d wid ay tent-yettqaranen γer tsednan-nni ay ttwalin deg tesγunin (magazines) neγ deg tilibizyu. Ma yella nebγa ad nqaren iman-nneγ γer wiyaḍ, yessekf ad nqaren iman-nneγ γer wid ay nif. Amazun (Nnbi), taẓallit ed sslam n Ṛebbi fell-as, yenna : « Ttmuqqulem γer wid yellan ddaw-atwen, ur γer wid yellan nnig-wen. Axir-awen aya i wakken ur tḥeqqrem nneεma n Ṛebbi fell-awen ».
